After applying for and paying the full amount of fees to an international tourism agency licensed to operate Chinese citizens' outbound tourism business, participants must, in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Administration of Exit and Entry and its implementing rules, apply to the exit and entry administration department of the public security organ where their residence is located and answer relevant inquiries with their own identity cards, residence booklet or other registered residence certificates;
Fill out the "Application for Chinese Citizens to Leave the Country (Territory) for Approval" and submit 4 recent 2-inch front facing bareheaded photos; Pay transaction fees and document fees; Submit the opinions of the employer on the outbound travel of the tourist, including whether the information filled in the application form is true, whether the applicant has legal restrictions on leaving the country, whether the applicant is traveling at their own expense, and whether they agree to the applicant's outbound travel; Submit the "Audit Certificate" issued by the tourism administrative management department and the full travel expense invoice stamped with the "Self funded Travel, No Reimbursement" seal issued by the travel agency.
